The dance year is divided into 4 payments plus a costume payment due by the following:

1st payment —September 15th
costume payment —October 15th
2nd payment —November 15th
3rd payment —January 15th
4th payment —March 15th

Dancers enrolled in 6.5 hours of ballet classes per week can receive additional ballet classes free of charge! Discount available for boys age 9 & older interested in ballet classes.

• Tuition is to be received PRIOR to the payment due date. A $20.00 late fee will be assessed to each delinquent tuition payment.
• Payment for classes and costumes may be charged to Visa © or MasterCard©.
• A 5% discount may be taken for paying for a year in full prior to September 15.
• For families who register more than one child, a 5% discount will be deducted from one lower tuition amount. Only one discount per family.
• A $25.00 non-refundable registration fee is required and must be paid when you register.
• Tuition payments are due whether or not your child is present for class.
• Refunds will only be made if the student: 1) withdraws during the first week of class, or 2) moves out of the surrounding area.
• DHDA rarely cancels classes due to weather. In the rare case class is canceled a make-up class will try to be arranged when more than one class is canceled due to weather. There will be no refund for absence or classes cancelled due to inclement weather.
• Each student who participates in the year-end recital must pay $55 - $65 per costume PRIOR to October 15. (The number of costumes required is determined by the number of classes in which your child is enrolled.)
• DHDA reserves the right to change instructors or discontinue any classes without incurring obligation.
